Bug Reports and Technical Issues

The new Iranian UU Zamburak doesn't show the rider:

There isn't a rider.

In the 1700 scenario, Portugal's initial city of Lagos in West Africa is located in a foreign area of Portugal (unsure if this is a bug or intentional)

I figured it was intentional because the Portuguese never actually ruled Lagos, they just visited as traders (like how the middle spice island on the map, presumably the Banda islands, is also foreign territory - the Portuguese didn't try to conquer it like they did Malacca, Goa, or Elmina, they just visited to trade).

Edit: what Portugal should have in the 1700 scenario is Bissau, which was organized into a colony just before the scenario begins (with some interruptions later in the century). Lagos should be independent for Britain to gobble up during a world congress.

Double edit: On second thought, St. Louis de Senegal would two or three tiles away from Bissau, which means the French AI would flip it from the Portuguese AI (Portugal's AI seldom builds enough culture to prevent even Lisboa from being enveloped by Spain's culture) so maybe it's not a good choice for the map.

Double posting with an actual bug report for the 1700 scenario. Looks like a fishing boats survived the removal of Boudreaux's seafood resource.

Just downloaded Beyond the Sword and then did the GitClone installation method for 1.18. I keep getting a laundry list of assorted error messages as shown below, and the game will frequently crash on loading a new game or a couple turns in. Any idea what I can do?

Thailand's spawn condition(khmer' stability) in rise.py has been removed, but it still remains in civilopedia.xml (txt_key_concept_conditional_spawn_pedia)

I don't. Perhaps loading the Python code failed even earlier for you? What is your language setting?

Do other mods work? Does it work if you use the installer to get the mod?

Hmm. It looks like the issue is occurring with other mods, even after I redownload the game entirely. I know this isn't within the scope of this thread, but any idea what I can do to fix it?

Did you apply the patch to version 3.19? Did you add anything into your CustomAssets folder?

If it is not these, I would suggest opening a thread in the tech support section.

It could also be which version if the game your using. Steam by default breaks mods you need to use the beta tab to get the old verison.

Nubian UHV 1 is not counting incense as a happiness resource. I connected it and gold on turn 90, but only gold was counted as a happiness resource.

Why doesn't it say that when I hover over the tile? It's also not listed as an effect of Priesthood in the Civilopedia.

I got an error in victory event handler after winning. I think it's related to the music playing, as it didn't play the victory theme. Most recent git.

Actually, after closing and reopening the game, and loading the save, I no longer get the error message. So this bug report may not be useful to you.
