In Religion.py, there's no entry for Sweden's preference for Catholicism over Protestantism. Just for the Norse which have 80% chance to join the Reformation. I think that's from when the Vikings where stand-in for all of Scandinavia. Given how Sweden's UHV is about Protestantism perhaps their chance could be even higher, and perhaps also adjust the Norse's chance to represent them being Denmark/Norway by then.
Playing as Arabs on latest git version, I got these python exceptions when conquistadors spawned against Toltecs.
Savegame attached, just move the caravel south west.
In America game I got notification about Congo having slaves to trade, but when I opened diplomacy there was no sign of them. I checked world builder and Congo had bunch of slaves sitting in their capital.
Also in same save, there seems to be problem with Java's (I think) name.
I love this Mod so much, especially since you included the bigger map.
But come on. Really? I agree with the most northern City to flip to the Mongols. Pyongyang pissed me off. But even Jinju?? That makes no sense at all!
Please review the spawn of the Mongols.
When I try to launch I get an xml error related to CivicInfos.xml. And then I'm looped in "Tag: CIVIC_ANIMISM in Info class was incorrect // Current XML file is: xml\Civilizations/CIV4CivilizationInfos.xml". It iterates over different civis names. Any idea what's wrong? I'm on steam, loading the latest github version.

Ok, it was a problem with the additional soundtrack module. I didn't think that would cause problems. I guess the 'Modules' files have some incompatibilities with the current version.
There seems to be a problem with the Old Synagogue wonder. The +2 gold on Jewish buildings remains when the city changes hands, and is reapplied any time the player controlling the wonder regains control of the city so it can go to +4, +6...

It’s been the case for a while now that the player gets this Alert even if they’re not eligible to either use slaves or capture them. It’s likely the case that you don’t presently meet these conditions. Leoreth recently made edits to the slave trade but as far as I can tell you still would just need a settlement that counts as a Colony for Slaves to appear in the trade table. On the old map a city in the Caribbean would work for America but I can’t speak for new map.
EDIT: I loaded your save and tried a few things. Flipped Havana to myself, no slaves. Flipped San Juan, slaves now appear (Trading Company also now available to build).
I noticed that in the 1700 scenario, Edo is the only city controlled by native people, while other non player cities are controlled by independent city.I'm not sure if this is a bug or intentional
Polynesian Victory triggered a set of errors, but loading an autosave cleared it and I didn't get it again.
The save attached is from the autosave reload.
almost certainly never would come up in a game but thought i should point out one random tile in western alaska is listed as "all cities in canada" for one of the UHV goals
On the topic of flips, England flipping Scotland on spawn feels ahistorical and unfair. Playing as the Norse it made capturing Edinburgh not at all worthwhile
For Persia's 3rd UHV, the list that keeps track of your 8th most cultured cities doesn't seem to be working properly.
SpoilerCulture List :
You can see how Byzantium and Athens have 300 and 243 respectively, but the list is showing Khalpe and Hangmatana, which both have less than the aforementioned cities. Playing through my game, the list continued showing lesser cultured cities until one of my other cities not on the list reached 1000 , at which point that Refined city would finally replace the lesser cultured city.
