I have a fresh INSTALL (Not REInstall) of Civ 5, with all of the DLC's and latest version. With only the mods included by CBP, The problem I'm having is that, when I start a game only wheat will show up, and regardless of what techs i get, nothing else will show up (Iron, Stone, Marble, etc), except for sometimes sheep.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is typically happening when your Civ5 is not up to date. When you start a new game, you should see the version under the main menu. It should end with .279. If it does not, log in to Steam and update the game.

The game should check for updates automatically upon start, but it sometimes does not work for some people.
 
Have you cleared the cache folder before starting a game? Are only luxuries not showing up or are generic resources (like sheep and stone) not showing up too? If you edited the CommunityOptions.sql file in the CBP folder, you might need to unlock technologies before you can see some resources, including luxuries. Are you having the problem on maps made by Firaxis (e.g. continents) or do you play on custom maps?

I cleared cache before installing mods. Well, from what i can tell its only luxuries, cause i can see cattle and sheeps (don't test further for iron and more). And no, i don't edited any sql (is that possible, that i download an edited version from here?). About maps - i tried both types of maps firaxis and custom and on every map, that i tried exept earth that "bug" appears.
 
Seeing some weird behaviour related to the new "Sphere of Influence" resolution (which I otherwise really love) on Nov 11th version:

I got the resolution passed, and the banner tooltip of the CS says we are allies, and "you are receiving resources XYZ", however:

1. Said resources never appear in my economy, I never got the coal and oil my empire was longing for
2. During wartime I came to help the CS, however they became angry when I moved my units on their territory, and I started getting influence penalties form "trespassing".

RELIGION mini-bug version 11.20:

Beliefs that have been already taken are available in the Found Religion window; when selected, pressing Found Religion warns you that they have been already selected, and you have to start the definition of your new religion again. Forces player to check the list of founded beliefs in order to correctly choose new ones. Not game breaking, but very annoying when many beliefs have been taken.

Aureliano, your civ is probably out of date. .279 is latest.

Full EUI CBP content out of installer. Don't know yet if Theo is in game, and don't want to spoil it... will report back when I know full roster.
 
I have a but that was mentioned on page 99 but the solution wasn't made clear. I have no city states, ancient ruins, or resources on the whole map, except those resources that are revealed by techs. Can't seem to figure it out. I'm using the full community path with EIU

I have played many times using the above mods with several combinations of JFD's civilizations and never had a problem.

But today I started a game with JFD's Holy Roman Empire and at the turn my second Great Engineer is born I crashed every time I tried to move or make him skip a turn.

Finally I moved him to the tile where I had built my first manufactory and then I could end the turn and use him at the next one with no crash.

So 20-30 turns later I bought a city state and a composite bowman from it, clicked next turn and now every time I attack with him or try to move him the game crashes again.

I don't want to try and find a way to go to the next turn, since this will obviously happen again, so I wanted to ask if anyone has any idea why is this happening and if there is a way to fix it.

Never had a crash using this combination of mods before, so I'm guessing it has to do something with JFD's Holy Roman Empire mod, which I love and would really like to continue playing.

Softie, update your civ, clear your cache, make sure you have all leader dlc and that all mods are in proper folders.

Small but annoying bug. Venice's Doge's Palace is supposed to have a slot for a Work of Art. Basically, it doesn't.

Super quick to fix. I guess just insert these two lines into CommunityBalancePatch\BalanceChanges\Leaders\Bravenew\BNWNewBuildings.XML, inside

'Featureless' element in the UA - no features can trigger the bonus.

You have all leader DLC? Post your database.log (if you don't have logging enabled, enable it load a game, then post the log).

It is not supposed to – it gets free tourism at guilds instead of the art slot.

I've got some Database.log and lua.log files on the Multiplayer version of CPP. Do you want the files or should i pastebin them in this thread or in the Multiplayer mod DL thread.

Also, make sure to note precisely what modpack you tried, i.e. just CP or CP+CBP, EUI or non-EUI version.
 
Not sure if this is a bug or an intended feature, but in my current game (Maya, King, Huge Map, full CPB with EUI suite, and IGE) trade routes to city states generate much more gold than to major civs. I'm in the middle of the Industrial era and I'm getting ~30 gpt from city states trade routes while the most profitable trade routes to major civs (to Morocco with their UA bonus no less) only gain about ~22.

Allied to them? They generate more if allied. That's shown in trade tooltip.

Darn it :D I'll have to undo my 'fix' esp since I already put a painting in the slot that isn't there :D

You probably do want to correct the tooltip which states it has a slot for an work of art/artifact, though.

I think it specifically says that it doesn't have a slot (and instead has tourism at guilds), but I haven't looked at it in a while.

BUG ALERT

I believe someone else had posted this, but it hasn't yet been resolved.

When an AI offers me a deal of some kind whereby they OFFER some gold - so long as I don't remove the gold offer and then put it back again - I can change the gold value to ANY value (no matter how high) and they will accept (e.g. change 2 gold to 100 gold for "accept embassy").
