Bug Reports

What civ were you playing as? If you were playing as the Arabs, Spanish, French, English or Germans, you wouldn't get the oppurtunity because you only just spawned.

Tx to spies, we notice that the AI has free upgrade of all units. Is it specific to this Mod ? If yes Germans unique power doesn't make sense.
Anyway, it's pretty anoying.

I suspected that in a game of mine. Isabella had about 20 gold and she wasn't in a good way, so I decided to go for her South American colonies. I was ahead in the tech race and sent a number of modern units to pay her a visit, so I was surprised to find that every garrison in the area (all of about 16 Riflemen) had immediately upgraded. I checked her display and this turn she had 22 gold.

Sounds strange, as Germany, I noticed that all neighbour civs upgraded to rifflemen the turn they got the tech : France, England, Spain and Russia. I don't think they were trading techs since their gold was about exactly the same a turn earlier and Middle East and Asian civs didn't have the money to finance such upgrades thru tech trading. It was on Emperor.

Oh yeah, the diplomacy screen doesn't report civ's actuall treasury or income... Give a TON of gold to a civ, and half the time, it never shows up in the diplo screen... Or take away all of a civ's gold in a trade, they'll have more next turn... They just never disclose how much they REALLY have...

But the guy talking about the free upgrades says he was using spies (I assume to see the actuall treasury)... I've never seen broke civs upgrade, but the ones that have the money upgrade pretty fast... But then again, so do I with that alt key... :)

Don't know if this has been noted before, but on my start as the greeks, a lion apparently was too close to my starting position and flipped to me:lol:
Now I have something waiting for those nasty persians:D

new version 142

Started as France - rome was still alive
history goal 3 (must build notredame,SoL,ET by 1900) was failed on year 1080ad (it looks like unknown egypt built Notre Dame - same city as pyramids).

HG3 = not yet
should be negative unless conqering (ownership) of wonders is possible - if so I suggest changing wording of the goal from "must build" to "must own"

You may want to revisit all the history goals as nearly every one that I have come across has been in error (I will retest spanish and others reported in last version at a later date).

It seems the old worker bug is still there. Sometimes when an AI spawns it disbands all its workers the next turn. I don't know why and when this happens but I see every game a few civilizations with undeveloped land.

Savegame1 shows the first turn when England spawns. It has 4 workers as intended. (you have to use cheat to see the whole map)
Savegame2 shows the situation 1 turn after the spawn. Now all workers are gone and London starts to build a worker  .

Also have a look at Arabian lands which are very bad developed. It seems Arabs also disbanded their workers. The strange thing is that everytime different civs have this problem. In my last game USA and France had no workers.

Rome also doesn't build many roads but this is more a barbarian problem.
