Okay here is the description:

Every player gets his or her own city with 100 people in it. Every "turn" (7PM-7PM next day GMT -6) each player tells the GM (me) what they want to build in their city. I will then take a dice (more likely a online random number generator) and then I will give you the outcome. It will be from 1-50 for reasons I will explain in a minute (well maybe 1-25). The higher the roll the better the building will be. Better building equal more people per turn. Every building you successfully build gets you more ppt. Every time a new "turn" starts I will add the population to your city. But it's not all about the roll, the decisions on what buildings to try and build. The more sense it makes for you that building to be in your town the higher chance of success. For example if you try to build a walmart in your city with a population of 100 will need a very high number to succeed. As where if you try and build a playground you will probably succeed. Though a walmart will get you a lot more ppt than a play ground. So this isn't only about luck. I will determine the likely hood of the success. If you roll a a failing number then you loose population and if it's really low ppt. Now the better the building the more pop/ppt you will loose. The first person to have their city get 1,000,000 pop will win.

ADDED RULES:
Everyone only starts with houses and grass. You don't have to build a building, it can be things like a sewer system or roads. No duplicate items in your city. You cannot build something an opponent has attempted to build in the same turn. Even though something may need something else to go along with it you can build only one. I don't think there are any more rules I need to add, but a new time for turns beginning and ending. 7PM GMT -6 It is best if any question could be asked now to prevent confusion later.

Alright, let's get this started!

You rolled a six and loose 10 pop.

I build an epic memorial to Lamp and his Super Pikachu defeating the evil Watermelon Monster, thus saving Dinnertopia. This battle can be viewed near the end of this video.

You rolled a 2, loose 20 pop.

Man bad rolls.

I build apartments for my citizens.

I build a basic system of paved roads, so as to facilitate commerce and transportation. :)

I build a Burger King.

Need to wait unit 12 PM GMT -6 to build something else.

I build a basic system of paved roads, so as to facilitate commerce and transportation. :)
The most reasonable idea yet: You rolled a 22 :) You get the roads plus 25 PPT.

I use my isolated location and small population to attract a secret nuclear missile silo from the government.

You roll a 14 FAIL. Though since no one knows what you did nothing happens.

I build a death ray power plant.

I gave you 3 numbers out of 25 to get one and you nailed a 25. Well since your town is small, it is only a small power plant. 100PPT.

NOTE TO ALL: Some of you are doing kind of over the top stuff, like a missile silo or something like that. Do something that you might see in a real town of 100, like roads or a playground or something like that. And if you could from now on put the size of what your building, like small park, large restaurant, ect. that will help me judge how likely that building is to be build, and what the bonuses are.

I refuse to belive that any modern city wouldn't have something like this already. Also, we're supposed to be constructing buildings.

Still isn't a new turn. And it was a 50-50 chance, and ah it doesn't have to be buildings I guess, anyone can now build a road or something like that.

:mad:How did 100 people get here without roads in the first place?

^ Have you ever heard of walking? Or off road biking. Oh I see your point, okay all you have is houses and a bunch of grass.

I build a Gas Power Plant

I dig a water well.

Forget everything I said so far, then. I build some roads.

Yes, but how did they build those houses? It takes a lot more material than you can just walk in.

Double post.
