If your building a scn, and want to know where the AI intends to pick to expand too, look at the worldbuilder saves and see the circles which the AI currently likes for its next city location, since they are picked based on a series of plot values, you can further direct its expansion by adding resources/tweak terrain in the city radius of those already considered by the AI, (which increases its desirability) once you then know the sequence it will pick, you get the right names pulled for the location, of course this only works for the first couple of cities, but its better than nothing.

Anything that you feel is a Bug /crash/WfoC should go in that thread, thx, just makes it easier is all.
 
Not a bug, but a feature of civ, ( once first city is established, in worldbuilder saves you can see colour coded for each civ, the plots the Ai considers for the next city) as i expained, if you dont understand why a civ is not expanding, this is one way to work out what plots its considering for expansion, and which ones it actually uses by using the save game position to see the sequence it uses to expand from known and possible choices, and actual plots used to expand to. This can be influenced by satcking features with resources ( grassland, high grass with horses) to guide the AI to where you want it to expand.
 
there are america canada netherland civs.

but there s no them in world map scenario.

why?
