Nope in the SVN there is only one way to delete a file there IF you want to get rid of it completely that is.

You need to right click on the file you want deleted, select TortoiseSVN, then select delete from there ONLY.

Yeah, World Builder is completely broken in the latest SVNs. The Buildings, Units, and other screens are completely blank, and the World Builder UI is still on the screen even after exiting out of it.

Lichen Gatherer moved to Herbalism and now Obsoletes at Ancient Medicine.

Fertility Dance now requires both Childbirth Hut and Childcare Hut.

It should be BONUS_CLOTH not BONUS_CLOTHING. Cloth is like fabric and clothing are like shirts, pants and dresses.
