Heros:

Ozolua, originally called Okpame and later called Ozolua n'Ibaromi (Ozolua the Conqueror), was an Oba of the Kingdom of Benin from 1483 until 1514. He greatly expanded the Kingdom through warfare and increased contact with the Portuguese Empire. He was an important Oba in both history of the Kingdom of Benin and retains importance in the folklore and celebrations of the region.

Dharama Pala (Bengali: ধর্মপাল Dhôrmopal) (rule: 770–810 CE) was the second ruler of the Pala Empire of Bengal region in the Indian Subcontinent. He was the son and succeessor of Gopala (rule: 750–770 CE), the founder of the Pala Dynasty. He greatly expanded the boundaries of the Pala Empire founded by his father and made the Palas the most dominant power in the northern and eastern Indian subcontinent. He was succeeded by his son Devapala who further expanded the empire.

Sulaiman Khan Karrani (reigned: 1566–1572) was a ruler of Bengal since the death of his elder brother Taj Khan Karrani.[1] According to the Riyaz-us-Salatin, he shifted the seat of government from Gaur to Tanda.[2]
Sulaiman, his brother Taj and Sulaiman's sons Bayazid and Daud Khan Karrani ran a short-lived Afghan vassal state of Mughal emperor Akbar in Bengal. They dominated the area while Sulaiman paid homage to the Akbar. The Afghans defeated by Akbar began to flock under his flag. The Afghans were not technically the rulers of Bengal, the post was primarily nominal.

Crowfoot (c. 1821–1830 – 25 April 1890) or Isapo-Muxika (Blackfoot Issapóómahksika, "Crow-big-foot"[1]) was a chief of the Siksika First Nation. His parents, Istowun-eh'pata (Packs a Knife) and Axkahp-say-pi (Attacked Towards Home), were Kainai. His brother Iron Shield became Chief Bull.

Aatsista-Mahkan or Running Rabbit (c. 1833 – probably 24 January 1911) was a chief of the Siksika First Nation. He was the son of Akamukai (Many Swans), chief of the Biters band, and following the death of his father in 1871, Aatsista-Mahkan took control of the band.[1] He was known for his generosity and kindness, and for his loyal protection of his family.[1]

Who wants some Bulgarian heros?

Simeon (also Symeon)[1] I the Great (Bulgarian: Симеон I Велики, transliterated Simeon I Veliki[2] [simɛˈɔn ˈpɤ̞rvi vɛˈliki]) ruled over Bulgaria from 893 to 927,[3] during the First Bulgarian Empire. Simeon's successful campaigns against the Byzantines, Magyars and Serbs led Bulgaria to its greatest territorial expansion ever,[4] making it the most powerful state in contemporary Eastern Europe.[5] His reign was also a period of unmatched cultural prosperity and enlightenment later deemed the Golden Age of Bulgarian culture.[6]

Krum the Fearsome[1] (Bulgarian: Крум Страшни) was khan of Bulgaria from sometime after 796 but before 803 until his death in 814. During his reign the Bulgarian territory doubled in size, spreading from the middle Danube to the Dnieper and from Odrin to the Tatra Mountains. His able and energetic rule brought law and order to Bulgaria and developed the rudiments of state organization.[2]

Another attempt to stop not-escorted Workers from building outside the borders. They should now only do this if they are grouped with at least one defender.
Reverted my recent from AND merged changes to TechDiffusion and instead improved the previous solution a bit.

SVN6801

Updated the Schema for CIV4GameText and set the xsi:schemaLocation for all GameText files to the correct relative uri.
Fixed a few xml errors.

The Civ4GameText root element should look like this now in all files.
Code:
<Civ4GameText xmlns="http://www.firaxis.com" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.firaxis.com [COLOR="Red"]../../../Xml/Schema/Civ4Gametext.xsd[/COLOR]">

The red marked URI is the relative URI from the xml file to the xsd schema"Assets\XML\Schema\Civ4Gametext.xsd".
If the xml file is in e.g. "Assets\Modules\Custom_Civilizations\Brazil" the URI must be "../../../Xml/Schema/Civ4Gametext.xsd"
