I don't think that's a bug, when you pick promotions the info is only about what that specific unit will gain from it, but in the promotion tree it will show the accumulated effect of the promotions under it as well.

Operations I gives +5 control points
Operations II gives +1 command range

The promos in the pedia promo tree are not relative to a specific unit so it will show the accumulated effect of Operations I + II when hovering over Operations II.
 
BUG/PROBLEM:

Hey guys there is a display bug or a bigger bug or a PPIO bug, +5 control points are missing on this pormotion on main map but displayed in promotion tree. 2 screenies...
It's the second promotion on the line and I can only imagine that the first promotion gives the +5 control points. Thus, in the pedia, it shows what both of those promotions combined would give while in the promotion selection bar you only see what it alone gives.

EDIT: Ah... Toffer's post was on the next page and had already come up with the same diagnosis.

BUG/PROBLEM?:

Is it correctly that i cant build the cree tracker anymore because i can build ranger (Ranger is the unit it will upgrade to), tells feudalism will obsolet it... scrennie... cree tracker should still be able to be builded or? No i dont have 5 i have only 1 now.

You haven't researched Feudalism yet right?

Go to your BUG options and unselect the option that hides obsolete stuff.

Nope, feudalism isnt researched yet. Will look into BUG next time i game. But unit isnt obsolet now.

Cree Tracker is bugged, cant build unit after ranger is buildable, cree tracker should be able to build until feudalism (Osolet) maybe fix it. All fine in BUG.

Why should it be buildable after its upgrade is unlocked?

Hmm because you can only build 5 units of rangers, if you need more you can build cree tracker if you have them. :)Also you can build standard trader unit if upgrade trader unit is available i think.

Anyone knows the difference between breeding pair horse and tamed horse? Tamed horse is way more expensive, will it make a pasture directly on map if placed as ressource or what?

I will remain a little ambivalent on this particular matter until we decide if such limited units need a forced obsoletion or if they don't. I think this is a very contested topic actually, and this unit is set as it once was with a forced obsoletion point, where the more generic hunters aren't.
 
Breeding pair is used to place a horse resource in a city.

Breeding pair can also be used to place a ressource on map.

Watch out, AI builds to less citys now, after @raxo2222 AI changes they let there settlers stay in city and wait, they building buildings and not the needed escort units i think. 2 screnies... they settling not anymore fast...

They are still settling faster than I can! (On Monarch lvl +)

AI has 3 settlers staying arround here, something wrong with AI city building? Screenie... AI is building settlers now but dont found new citys. Only less citys are found now...

A symptom of running out of $. Gold is a little challenging at this point.

Yep breeding pair horse can place resources, should be fixed still in, should be limited to tamed horse. Let me check mansa musa's gold... one min...

@Thunderbrd Nope, mansa has alot and enouth gold, (60.000 + 200 each turn) AI is building less citys after latest AI changes as it looks like screenie... i think they cant build the guard troops fast enouth to build a city they wait for guard units but they build pimary buildings now.
