C2C - UEM - Ultimate-Earth-Map 100% MOD and SVN update compatible by Pit2015

Cities may be screwed if nukes destroy buildings - some buildings obsolete after their requirements are obsoleted.
That is X requires Y, but Y obsoletes before X.

Also adding AI weight to resource producers and buildings that are requirements helped AI in late game among other things.

How about a bouns of gold income if you have more then one resource of a resource? Like if you have 2 silver resources = +5 gold income? So having and getting more then one resource makes more sense.

I want some buildings to give more of small bonuses the more you have. Corps work like that already though but you don't get into that til later in the game.

And then EVENTUALLY, HOPEFULLY, we're gonna get stuff like ARMOR..!
Now THAT is when Quality WILL require Quantity, lol.

Armor will be something we'll develop out quite a bit in equipment.

I meant equipment, just kinda blurted a random item, lol.
And WHEN you do it - it'll really be making more sense to COUNT your resources, not just make it binary.
Especially those "manufactured" by buildings.
In fact, it'd be quite unique to let the buildings PRODUCE resources every turn - and yes, I've seen something like this in other mods.
Would be a huge step towards real-life-iness, indeed.

This is called the Volumetric Resources project and yes, it's something we've been planning for a while that would probably be a precursor to the equipment system.

Just wait few more days before you start new game, there will be SAVE breaking compability in next SVN update.
Which will likely begin quite a sequence of save breaks over the course of the next few months I suspect.

Any particularities?
Not really, just saying that once we start we'll want to get done everything we've been wanting to do that would break saves for a while. Things like eliminating unitclass and buildingclass... most of it is not player visible stuff but will help with memory usage.

So whats the best currently to start a new long game? Wait for latest svn savegame breaking updates then start and dont update svn anymore or is there a stable version with working AI exept svn to best go with? Whats the best working last stable version? Letz say to go to atomic age and stay in atomic age?

If you start now and will find some bug you cant expect to fix it in your game because of save breaking. If you decide to wait nobody cant really say how long before stable version( IMHO no more than month).
If you want to know your map in galactic future you can test my game. Year 2130, middle america destroyed in nuclear war, far east destroyed in biological war, global fallout on rise. Game crash every turn so its pretty unplayable now.

Well i know that. :) I do the UEM map now over 4 years. (Damn how the time flies) What i want to know is there a release without SVN that was stable with working AI currently where you can game up to atomic age? Always used only SVN not the finished releases... like v39 and if, wich one is best to choose from the finished C2C releases? But maybe i will start a new game with SVN hopfully good stable version and with working AI soon and maybe i dont update then.

So wich version is stable and good for a long game if at all, v40.1 v39 v38? Whats the best for a long game letz say up to atomic age. With good working AI?

Last SVN version is pretty stable, I dont see any major problem with it. I dont recommend any older version because longer turn time. In SVN is significantly shorter.

v40.1 and current SVN are pretty much the same at this point, can't say which one is more stable though, a lot of technical things changed on SVN after v40.1 that has not yet been tested properly.

Next SVN will break save compatibility and may even be less stable than current one for a number of future revisions due to the big technical changes happening going forward.

Is the AI working in the latest SVN? AI still not building myths and so on or is it fixed? Or is v39 AI much better working? Bit longer turn times i dont care...

Updated SVN to 11119 now.
