C2C vs AND

No wonder I could not find the forum for this mod. I am interested in trying it seems to be under much more active development than AND.

Furthermore I disliked the direction AND took when decisions were made to impose the fixed borders playmode on all players by force.

I think we still have fixed borders only, but it is different in C2C and is being worked on some more, if I remember correctly.

I think you'll enjoy C2C once you've played thru it a couple of times. But be aware of this, C2C plays longer than AND (recommended play speed is Snail, I still play at Epic and Marathon). And the last 3 Eras are still being fleshed out. But the "Team" is responsive and active.

Yeh, FB is an option, and (in V19 due out soonish) not quite as fixed as they were in AND (you can still shift them with culture, it just takes a bit more push )

i read that AND has little to no culture city flipping, how does C2C handle that?

It is new header for the mod in the modpacks section.
It would tell new mod searchers that the main C2C project forums are worth participating in.

It is the best place for everyone to share their love for C2C once again!
I hope more people see it that were looking at AND, ROM, and REVDCM.
Like Arkatakor, many people are probably missing it since the idea thread was moved to projects.
C2C looks less popular than it did by the lack of responses in the new thread.

It would be nice to attract some of those modders and participants to C2C.
Please let them know!
