well... you don't know
But consider the situation. Aztecs, Indians and Mongolians. Indians and Aztecs have Writing, only Mongolians have Horseback Riding. It would be too much to ask for something more than just Writing to have Horseback Riding. The more civs own a tech, the easier it is to research for those who don't have it.



I wish Michellin is faster with his turns ! I am starting to like this game.

I don't know how far are we going with this game. It took 2 days for 1 round when we have to move 4-5 units max. >_<
