The people of Sumeria take to the streets in protest of this unjust war! They burn their own cities, asking their leader to give peace a chance. Unfortunately, the common folk of the Sumerian Empire do not understand that the leadership of their nation would gladly take peace, if it were offered.

Oh, I did not mean to suggest that your war against me was an unjust war, I just find it strange that my citizens are calling for me to end the war the same turn it was started, and I did not start it (When I click on the unhappy citizens, they say "All we are saying is give peace a chance."). I thought that I had to have troops in your lands, and that I had to attack you for my citizens to get war weariness. Why would I have such a high level of war weariness? It made sense to have it when I was attacking the English, but now it does not make sense.

Of course I have no moral authority, for the exact reason you stated. Though I am curious, would you have attacked me if I had left England untouched?

I thought you get a boost if attacked.
You then get minuses for troops killed and cities lost, plus what you said, but I don't know how quickly that cuts in.

I was attacking the cultural victory, of course.

I seem to have near full war weariness already. When my turn started, I had lost luxury resources, so Ur no longer had 12 happy citizens. However, most were still happy. Then, without taking any military action, I clicked on Ur's city center to rearrange tile usage, and I lost all happy citizens.

How about the loss of luxuries?

I had to adjust my towns after the attack, so there must be some contribution from this.

I think by losing that many cities, the war happyness bonus of being attacked is consumed quickly and turning into the negative effect...

And I think Fedalism is not good regarding war weariness as well...
