C3C - Gov icons replacement

I have made some nice icons to replace the one on Conquests.

1) Catholic monarchy on Age of Discovery (HRE crown?)

2) Republic for Napoleonic Europe (classical phrigian hat)

3) Monarchy for Napoleonic Europe (British crown)

To add this, save files on ..\appropriate conquest folder\art\civilopedia\icons\.. and modify pediaicons.txt with:

#ICON_GOVT_appropriate government
art\civilopedia\icons\appropriate icon large
art\civilopedia\icons\appropriate icon small

A note: the govt icons in the zip are built only for napoleonic conquest.
