Can anyone give me the executive summary of the game as it stands now or do I just need to wade through the 14 pages on this thread? Thanks. I take it that I am France.

The game has been completely peaceful. The Spanish and Portuguese are leading way big on points and as a result the game is due to end soon. That's pretty much it

I sent the password, and the last save I sent to Detlef, to semental. 1547 was the last turn I played, that should be the one he starts with, correct?

Last I played was 1546 so that's probably right..

everything is fine, thanks. It is just Lou's request for admin password for Alba reminded me about my civ3 pbem activities and I decided to check the forum for the games I used to participate in. I am glad at least few are still alive

Is this game over? Ever since Random left it the turns have been so sparse and sporadic it seems no one cares anymore. Since either Portugal or Spain are bound to win soon I guess the excitement is lost, so can we just either decide to finish it and actually play the turns or just end it here?

I was hoping we'd play it out. It's still in dispute between Spain and I. Did you get the turn a few days back? It should have been 1548...
