Calling a UN Vote?

I don't usually use Diplomatic Victory, but I've decided to use it in this game. I built the UN and didn't call a vote immediately. I'm now ready to do it (got everyone else loving me). I can't figure out how to call a vote.

How do you call a UN vote?

Wait a few turns, you'll get the option at some point. Although with 1.17f, I find the AI like to vote for an AI player a little too much.

Thanks. Exactly that thing happened. Luckily, I had just bribed 3 near-dead AIs who voted for me over the other superpower (the reason they were near dead).

I at least had the good sense to completely kill the AIs I fought.

Suprising that you can't manually call a vote though

It keeps the player from giving the AIs all their money then calling a vote, so I like it that way.
