Can my computer run spore?

I just got spore for my birthday, and I read the system requirements, but I wanna know if you guys know whether or not spore can run on it.

My system is a HP Pavilion dv6815m laptop, 1 GB NVIDIA Geforce Go 7150m graphics, 2 GH AMD Turion 64 Mobile Tech TL-60 processor, 3 GB RAM, and Windows Vista Home Premium.

Well, I tried it, and it runs okay.

Now I have another question.

I just moved from the cell to the creature phase, and I impressed an animal, and then the mission/tutorial tells me to "impress 2 sam to ally". I tried impressing multiple creatures at their nest, but the game tells me that that creature is already impressed. So, how do I complete the "ally with another creature" mission?

@Plutonian- The 'already befriended' creatures have a different smiley face which they show- just choose one without that face icon.
