Can you change the upgrade setting?

I was making a lot of changes to the upgrade ticker in my bic file, but it doesn't seem to allow for the upgrade. It only takes that unit off the list when the new one becomes available. Is that right?

It's particularly a shame when the longbowman can't be upgraded to the crossbowman.

you must both check the box 'upgrade unit' under 'special actions' AND specify a unit where the unit can be upgraded to, under 'unit statistics'. Does that solve your problem?
