Canada Module WIP; HELP!

I am working on an "Americas" module pack for my mod (see sig), I am going to make Mexico, Canada, Brazil and Gran Colombia (basically Colombia, Bolivia and Venezuela combined or something to that effect) and I made the Mexico module fine (as well as the first module pack), but for some reason the Canada module is not cooperating with me. I can't get the Canada Corps UU to show up properly and I consistantly get error messages whenever I try to load up my mod (with the Canada module). I can't seem to figure out what the problem is and I was wondering if there was anybody visiting this forum who would know what the issue is.

I have attached the error pop-ups in hopes that someone can identify what I am doing wrong, because I don't quite understand what they mean.

Okay, I noticed what I did wrong. The moderator might as well delete this thread if they'd like, because I can just post a preview in my mod's thread in the modpack forum.
