cannot laod the game

I have just bought Civ4 for my son, and now I have problem with loading the game. I put the CD in and up comes the loading picture and I click "install". Up comes a message: set1.tmp has discovered a problem and the application has to be shut down. What may be the problem?

I found this confusing solution via google. It seems you need to uninstall "In CD" software that often comes with Nero. Worth trying imho:

My problem is solved. When i clicked the DVD Rom icon in My Computer, it was showing the file system as INCDFS. So something struck me and i uninstalled the In CD software that comes with Nero but i did not uninstall Nero. Rebooted my comp and the file sytem now was UDF. Installed this time and bingo.

People have got this same problem with many other game DVDs. This could be a solution.

Note Didnt have this issue with my other dvds.
