Cannot load version 301, expected version 300

Hello- I've searched the stickied threads and done a search and I havent found this in here- sorry if this is a repeat.

I cannot load saved multiplayer games at all. When I try to reload them, I get the error in the title. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've manually deleted the folders and files that dont delete with an uninstall, and reinstalled again. After using patch 3.17, my 'about this mod' screen says version 301, so I havent fixed anything.

What do I need to do to correct this?
