Can't build ascension..WHY?

I was just playing the illians and finally resechaerd omniscence (not sure about the spelling) and built the draw (the ritual before) and then I can't build the damn ritual it says in the civilopedia that I need omniscence (tech which I researched 1 turn ago) and for someone to create the draw (I did) I tried to biuld the liberation and samhain as I thought maybe that's new in RiFE(but unmentioned in the pedia) same for samhain and still no ascension.Auric (the unit from the begining) is still alive and in priest form (the one where he can summon frostlings etc.)Also I used my worldspell and can build brightright regained thoough I doubt that has to do something with it.
