Just played an hour and a half of Rising Tide and got this bug 3 times already. Each time, I had to alt-F4 and load the autosave.
It appears that the UI (user interface) is not properly cycling through the units 100% of the time. In the screenshot below, the UI shows that I am clicked on the explorer to the bottom right. In actuality, I ALREADY gave him an order, and the game knows this. Therefore, when I try to issue a movement command, it actually displays the movement path from the NEXT unit in the cycle - in this case, the worker to the top left. However, the buttons on the UI don't do anything, because they are probably still trying to give the command to the explorer, who has already done his duty for that turn.
I have a hard time believing that in this day and age, I simply "clicked too fast" for the game to keep up with me.
Anyone else experience this?
