Can't seem to delete certain messages with outlook

I can't seem to delete certain message in outlook. I think they are spam. When I try to delete them or drag them into the recycle bin they give me an "error, cannot delete message" thing. Anyone know how to get rid of them?

If you have webmail access to your account, try to delete it there.

Outlook download everything into your local harddrive. Once its downloaded, you can't get to it via webmail.

I am pretty sure that depends on what kinda outlook you have and the way you set it up.
