I'm pretty sure you are all overly optimistic for the number of people playing C2C.

Emperor I remember playing Civ with you and I think you helped with some Mods on Civ3 the Balancer mod by Elucidus I believe! I am Desertfox, everyone started calling me Fox or Foxy so I went with it.. lol

I have been playing only this Mod for the past 3yrs or more, I think it is the best one out there. I tried many out there but none seemed to be as epic as this one is. I think many have no clue how to install a large Mod like this correctly to make it work as it should.

I suspect there are a lot of players though reading through the posts whenever they are here I have seen 1000's loving the Mod. Final Frontier is very cool though don't get me wrong.

Many talented Mods designers out there no doubt. I love that most of the best Mods are included in C2C. I can't stop playing it, I have around 1000-1200 hours into C2C alone. I use Raptr to track my game time, great program.

I think you need to use the latest version of 7zip because we used some of the extra compression options to get the file as small as possible.

Oh well, the pleasant moment was short. I don't know what happened, but I recall I was able to generate at least a standard random map. Maybe not playable for a long time, but I could generate it. Now, the windows/game just crashes or better described as freezing for 3 seconds then vanish.

I suppose I'll try another year once I'll buy new hardware. Mine is already 6 years old. Hence probably all the problems.

I wonder if this has to do with one setting option since C2C uses a lot of mini-mod.

I need a bit of help.I played c2c up to v28 and used the world builder quite often but now i find it not working at all.I cant add anything or edit anything.Did something change or is it just broken?.There are no errors i cant simply do anything with it :X.I would appreciate any help

What version are you using now, are you using SVN? Currently, in the past few days the World Builder is not currently working and we are fixing it.

okay i had to reset my computer and i just now re-downloaded the mod and everything that goes with it, and I have the civ4 complete edition. Ive got the target box and the start in box correct and ive been waiting for about 10 minutes, and i still haven't had the start up box come up telling me that its loading the mod. I don't know if this is normal or not but just wanting to be sure though.

Don't use desura.

Don't click on that button. Click on the other button.

Specifically, use the red "download now" button, not the blue "download on desura" button. Also not the desura banner across the top of the page. If it says "desura" on it, don't click on it or you'll end up with a version that is probably at least a dozen versions old (why they never update it, I do not know) while being at the mercy of the desura installer (which, admittedly, usually works).

Only downloading link I saw was for tortoiseSVN and i gues thats not for playing but for moding the beta v.34.

But if you are as stupid as me you just have to wait

DO NOT use Desura, that thing is crap it should be removed from their website, it doesn't work with hardly anything.

It installs like any other mod in Beyond the sword Mod folder, make it auto load is the best option from a shortcut. I have it on steam and when I click play it loads C2C since it is the only Mod I play when playing Civ 4 Good luck!
