CD burner software and virtual drives

Questions:

What are some CD burners tools to fit:

1. free software, good at burning all sorts of stuff, including mp3, wma, possibly dvd, and exact copies?

2. any free tools like the Alcohol software?

3. any free virtual drive type program?

When you moved to Windows, you lost the best fit: K3b, the best cd-burner I've ever seen. Better than Nero, better than Roxio, better than all the rest. And it's free. But it is a Linux/KDE tool.

Also check out cdfreaks.com for some suggestions on software, I prefer Nero myself but everyone has their own opinion, never got alcohol to run properly on my system.
