Hello CDZ citizens,

You might have noticed that we're at war with Quatronia.
Since we are all still in the ETTT, we found a way to have an extra edge over Q without breaking the tech treaty.
We found that Q doesn't have land oil tiles, so only with Plastics, can they take advantage of the ocean oil tile that we all respectively got from the mapmakers.
Apart from the individual water oil tiles, Sirius have three land oil tiles, Amazon one and you have two (near The Library and Bacon) that we can use to build destroyers and submarines only with Combustion.

We're asking you to delay giving Scientific Method to Quatronia (since they are researching SciMeth due in three turns) AND to do not supply them with oil so that we can take advantage of oil based units before they manages to get a rig built right by their island.
