CFC has server issues these days.

Once I returned from holidays I had hoped that the server problems would be all sorted out, unfortunately not.

I believe I just experienced a twenty minute server outage Thunderfall. Earlier today I had server too busy messages on two seperate occasions. Any specific reason or is traffic still weighing the site down?

I just saw the number of posters drop from around 140 to 11. Was it just a 'reporting' issue with the server or were that many people really dumped off?

The forum server does seem to have more problems in the past several days. I'm not sure what caused that. Maybe another forum on the same server is draining the resource...

Telefragged is aware of the problem BTW.

PS: We should have a forum server hardware upgrade in like 2 weeks.

heard that before, it actually was worse for a while when the upgrade was done last time.

I just hope the forum upgrade isn't right during the intended Civ3 Conquest chat next month.
