I think Dell misunderstood what you were saying. I think dell thought you were saying if all posters got stars they then more of them would want to become mods. I think.

Not really. We can say who we think would make a good mod, but ultimately the decision rests with TF. He certainly listens and takes staff opinion into consideration, but the final choice is his.
