unfortunately, that won't work if he'd used a proxy (especially a dedicated anonymizer proxy) as Till already said he did...there's no easy way to determine his location then. He could be basically anywhere.

216.224.124.124 is a TOR exit node. Since TOR is an anonymity network, and its exits nodes serve as proxies, there is no way to tell who Asdfghjklmnbvcxz is, or where he's located. (Unless he is on record with other ips - that do not belong to the TOR network - that is)

So if someone is using a proxy you're saying you can't tell when someone else rejoins soon after using a proxy? I think you underestimate peoples intellect and over estimate your own.
