Changing 49ers/Saints prediction to 49ers win.

Did Tim miss picking the Thursday game?

I forbid you to do this

Too bad. FWIW the reason I did is is that I analyzed the teams that have beaten the 49ers this season (Seahawks, Ravens). Even the Cardinals have come close once. These teams have mobile quarterbacks who are good at avoiding sacks.

Then you have the Packers. A team with a great QB. But older and not so mobile. That 49ers defensive line can and will eat him alive. Drew Brees is magic, but he's not mobile or fast (at least anymore IDK when he was younger because I wasn't keeping up).

The 49ers D-line can functionally take Brees out of the game, thus making a Saints victory virtually impossible from happening.

I think it's very telling that every single team that has beaten the 49ers this year (or even came close) has come from teams with mobile QBs who are good at avoiding sacks and playing out of the pocket. The Steelers seem to be the only exception, but it could have been a fluke, IDK I haven't seen that game.

Thursday, 12/5

Seattle @ L.A. Rams, Rams by 1 Seattle outright (really?)

1) Seahawks barely won IN Seattle
2) McVay is actually willing to use Gurley now (as he should have all along) which makes their offense on 2018 levels.
3) They've added Ramsey. 'Nough said.

Notice I picked the Rams to cover. Obviously, as a Seahawks fan, I hope I'm wrong, but logically I think it's the right choice.

edit: Also, Clowney is playing through an injury, which almost guarantees he won't be at 100%.

good because i'll forget like i have with 12 goddamn games this year

I don't even have an excuse like the year I missed a London game and lost by 1, this is just gross incompetence on my part
