Changing Default Name, Empire, Description

Can anyone tell me how I can change the default name, empire and description name when you begin a game?

Also, how can you change the default City names as well.

(i remember in CivIII there was CivEdit, but there doesn't seem to be a similar prog in CivIV or am I not looking in the right place?)

you've got to edit the xml file Assets\XML\Text\CIV4GameTextInfos_Objects.xml and CIV4GameTextInfos_Cities.xml

Yeah, but if I want to have the default changed to something I want everytime I boot up a game, what are the specific lines I need to change?
