Changing Lake/Sea size threshold?

Is it possible to change the number of tiles that cause a body of water to be considered a lake vs a sea?

If you just want a different threshold, that should only be a matter of adjusting LAKE_MAX_AREA_SIZE in GlobalDefines.xml.
