Chocolate Milk Pairings

HI!

So I love chocolate milk. Not that wimpy watery crap, but like good thick "old-fashioned" chocolate milk. The problem is I have problems finding good food pairings for it!

Don't tell me cookies. Cookies go far better with regular milk. Cookies + chocolate milk just mutes the flavor of both.

I was thinking something savory but maybe a little sweet... but what?

The only thing that immediately jumps to mind is stuff that features peanutbutter prominently, but I want more options!!!!!

Peanut butter is an excellent choice but I understand your desire to expand your horizons.

You said sweet but my experience has led me to believe that some salty/spicy flavors compliment chocolate milk well, particularly well-seasoned hamburger or chicken. The chocolate milk lets you cool your palette down.

Also, as a general tip, there is no better syrup for making chocolate milk (or egg cremes) than Foxes U-Bet syrup. It's hard to find but quite worth it.

To make it short: Everything spicy or hot goes along with chocolate milk, pizza even better because it's greasy but also spicy because of the sauce and it's blending in your mouth just deliciously.
