Choose Production / Research banners disabled

Unable to choose production/research selection from city screen. Does not occur until deep into the game and as such is incredibly frustrating as it renders the current game useless as unable to end turn. lua log attached seems to indicate a problem with being unable to find the key 'YieldMod' under CityBannerManager.

I have the same problem, at turn 380 of epic game it just stopped working.

This could be the Wat Phra Kaew bug which is fixed by Civup 2.5.2.
