We would request either a payback of 12 IC per turn for 5 turns (excluding this one of course), or 7 IC over 10 turns instead, as 50 IC this turn invested in farms = 40 IC extra next turn, and that affect snowballs. Your offer is not unreasonable however.

Two: what is your policy towards Quebec, our ally? We wish to be sure you pose no aggression to a freind of the Dominion. Hence we wish you sign a 10 year Non-Aggression Pact with Quebec and possibly welcome their quest to unite Canada... if they decide to of course.

1) For the Italian drones? I will permit your troops to use our ports in the south of France. They can even go around the south of France but they would be subjected to respect Dominion laws and observations outside the agreed port settlements and military positions.

C) Understood. Do consider plans to attack the Drones at least next year, at least in the Med. It is rather a shame to see Italy and Egypt rot under rust and dust.
