Citizen poll: Where should we rush JS Bach's Cathedral?

The discussion in the What should we do with our great leader thread indicates that Achaemenes should be used to rush JS Bach's cathedral. This great wonder will make two unhappy citizens in each city content.

This poll lists all the cities that Achaemenes can reach in one turn and still be able to rush the project. Please vote as to where we should build this wonder.

If you vote 'another city' please post your chosen site.

If you vote 'don't rush JS Bach's cathedral' please post and tell us why you voted that way.

Assuming neither of these two options listed above wins the poll we will immediately rush the cheapest improvement in the designated city so as not to waste shields and then rush the wonder next turn.

Macao!

Justinian is actually my first choice but I doubt it will get any support except for Justus and myself. Macao is an excellent spot. It's not an exterior border city but can still help greatly in the Cultural Assault on the northern Roman and Greek cities.

I have decided to put personal pride/ego aside, and not vote for my namesake city, Justinian. Macao will still help with the assault, and is more defensible. Also, by building now, we would still have a chance for a new leader this turn, (although that would waste the 20 shields in Macao). But by rushing an improvement there, and then Bachs, we get more bang for the buck.

Lets make the cultural rush around an area where we can profit from it: close to our upcoming FP. I'd vote for Thebes but it's building the FP & can't right now. Hence, Memphis.

I would say Justinian or Macao. I voted Justinian though, for the cultural assaut. Macao would be a good secondary location. (They're both tied in my book)

Again, I say we build this wonder in the interior for defense reasons. Beyond that, I voted for Khatovar, but would be happy with any city that is not near the border.

Wow, Justinian got more support than I thought! Ye of little faith.
I would like to change my vote from Macao to Justinian (my original favorite, I just didn't think it would get much more support). After all, that is the site of our brave Pikeman's stand, it should have a Cathedral to honor him!
