We would like to implement the following civics: Despotism
, Bureaucracy, Slavery 
, State Property, and Organized Religion (the most holy Dollar)

Basically, we want to run our Civilization like a buisness, monopolizing resources and avoiding open wars. At least, avoiding war without a cost-benifit analysis first
. We always want more money. Money... Mmm...

*our own missionaries are all right, however. As long as they shoot someone.
