This is my thinking, fewer cities should mean more open ground with some resources requiring colonies to be gathered. The need to protect these resources should make the SoD tactic much less attractive, as an enemy could more easily cause mayhem behind the lines. Horses will be a prime resource in AA/MA and Oil/Rubber in the late IA/MT.
I'm looking for a fun game with entertaing in game reports. Of course we will all be trying to win as well.
