No forests around Chernobyl? Looks strange - there's the forbidden zone around which remains "untouchable" for ~30 years, at least on the Belarusian territory. So there are forests, wild animals, no irrigation at all and soviet times roads. I live in Belarus, so I DO know this from my friends in Homel.
I don't think it's worth putting Cernobyl like pollution at all. Workers would clear it out in a few turns while IRL it would take at least centuries. Maybe a resource with negative values could be better?
Just increase the amount of time it takes to clear pollution...![]()
@Wolfshade, this isn't my map and I'm afraid my knowledge on geography in Eastern Europe is, indeed, lacking
@Everyone Else, I might just deactivate the 'clearing pollution' action and/or get rid of workers
Just FYI, it's a good business now - organizing trips to the so called "alienation zone". There are many people wish to visit it - police tries to stop them (still dangerous for the health) but can't stop all of them.Lionic said:(desperate enough to go there)
It's not a problem. It even shouldn't be the primary goal of the scenario - the main goal is fun gameplay which provides info about events. To achieve it very hard now - looks like a VERY few people know what really happens in Ukraine. TV says "A" (UA=A1, RU=A2, EU=A3, BY~0 (neutral)), internet "B", my ukrainian friends "C", some interesting videos on Youtube "D". Tons of propaganda from all sides. So I'm not sure I know how to achieve this goal - the only thing I'm sure I'd like the bloodshed would stop.Apollo12 said:this isn't my map and I'm afraid my knowledge on geography in Eastern Europe is, indeed, lacking
