Civ 4 Complete Edition Graphics Issue

Ok i have installed Civ 4 Complete Edition and updated to patch 3.19 and i cannot play the game due to a severe graphical glitch. Whilst i do have an ATi card, i have tried all the relevant solutions but got no where, help please guys!!

My System:-

NEC Powermate Series PC
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual
Core Processor 4200+
2.2GHz 2.0Gb RAM
ATi Radeon X1300 256Mb Graphics Card
Acer V193 19" Monitor

I have tried:-

- Removed old ATi graphics drivers/software and reinstalled latest drivers
- Updated all windows updates
- Tried to run the "unpak" solution for art files but the .pak file does not exist in this version
- Changed resolution
- Changed anti-alising

Seriously frustrated.

Welcome to CFC .

Are you playing with low graphics settings? If not, then you should do so. Your card is a low performance card, it might just not be able to handle parts of the graphics.
