CIV 4 Vista crash problem

Hello, I just purchased CIV4 and CIV4 BTS and I installed CIV 4, CIV 4 BTS, & CIV 4 BTS patch 3.19 with no problem I went to launch CIV 4 BTS and I got this error:

I am running Windows Vista 64 bit with service pack 2 and all my drivers are up to date and I am running it in admin mode and it is telling me it has a compatibility problem with Vista.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

this game is not patched to 3.19 - try installing 3.17 first, then 3.19, do not use the ingame updater, download them from here and make sure to run both patches with admin rights (i.e. rightclick on the installer and choose run as admin).

I downloaded 3.17 and 3.19 and installed them and it worked, thank you.
