Civ 5 Campaign Edition on Mac App Store

Sorry for necroing this, but you can play the full single player game with this app, right? Is campaign edition just a cosmetic title to distinguish it from the non-app form of the game or are there limitations in gameplay (e.g. only a few civilizations to play as)?

As far as I know, there's no multiplayer in the Campaign Edition, and no limitations on the single player, but, I'm sure someone who owns this edition can pipe up and correct me if I'm wrong.

Campaign edition does have local network multiplayer, but not steam multiplayer.
