Civ 5 G&K Crash on Loading Screen

When I start Civ 5 G&K, it crashes to desktop as soon as the wonder splash screen appears.

I have tried:
uninstalling and reinstalling both steam and civ 5
Deleting .wmv's both vanilla and expansion
I have the intro movie set to skip
I have verified the integrity of the cache
I do not have any non-english characters in the my documents path

The game ran perfectly fine prior to installing G&K...Please help me!

I have dxdiag's and mdmp files, I think I linked them correctly.

IMO once again we have a chipset designed for DirectX 10, that I am sure Firaxis may be trying to accommodate; that is just not powerful enough. If you can run the vanilla fine, that is one thing. G&K have added features that may tip the scales against you.

Hopefully Firaxis is still monitoring the situation and is working on a resolution.

The game crashes EVERY time during the initial loading screen. I don't even get to the game. Before this, it would crash right at the "begin your journey" moment.

I added the dxdiag file and the last two event logs i saw... I have scoured the internet and tried almost all of the fixes- After trying all the fixes- running the steam/common DX and other files, trying windowed mode, trying dx 9 instead of 11, verifying file integrity via steam, and re installing windows everything is updated too. Updated bios and MB as well.

I manually set everything in CCC to performance. No more crashes at all.

My Laptop doesnt use CCC =(
