Civ 5 wont launch anymore

Hi!

Since the update in september (i think) i have no longer been able to play civ 5.

When the box appears where i am to choose either DirX 9, 10 or 11, i can only choose 9 (because i run it on Win XP) and when pressing it, nothing happens, the game doesnt load.

I have tried a lot of things, but nothing seems to help.

I have added my Thingimabob (diag thing) so maybe that will help you guys determine whats wrong.

For the record, i have tried:

- Reinstall of game with a different Win XP user (i had it installed on a user with an "&" in the name)
- Deleting ClientRegestry Blob
- Deleting WMV (both in Civ 5 and G&K)
- The cache integrety thing (everytime i run it, it says two files were deleted and reinstalled... each time)
- My Doc -> Settings -> Move -> C:

Nothing... seems... To... Work...

After Reinstalling both steam and Civ 5 on the new user, i cant verify game cache/integrety. its just stuck on 0%

Also, in my C:\Documents and Settings\civi\My Documents there is no "My Games" folder, nor any civ5 files.

.. the plot thickens...
