Ok :

There is a unit in Civ IV that can only die in 2 situations ( one specific tile type and while being ferried, by the death of the ferrying ship ), being unkillable in every other situation. What is that unit and what is the only specific tile type where it can be killed?

Guided missile, city. Can be killed when it hits a city or when its city is taken.

That is 2 ways of being killed, not one

And Guided Missiles can be killed in every tile: just point them to a unit out of a city

Let's see, workers can only be killed if attacked by Barbs. I don't know what you mean by tile type, though.

Paradigm wins the cup again GSPY can only* be killed in city squares, either for a infiltration or falling with a captured city.

*About nuking him... not sure. Probably ....needs testing
