CIV V installing problem

I have offical DVD and I have installed Steam made account to steam and logged in to steam. but I stiil don't know how to install this my new game Civilization V. there is setup only to steam and direct X9. Direct X9 has been installed before because of some other game. Even I have Windows 7 and Direct X11. My computer is 2 year old so I think they are new enough.
How Can I start installing of CIV V? It tells me you have now icon for Steam games down in work box or what ever it is for english. I'm running steam and Windows for finnish language.

In the Steam Library, you should see the game in the list. It should be downloading or finished downloading the game. By clicking on the game it will either have to finish downloading or allow you to go through the intro movie to the point you can launch the game either DirectX9 or 10/11. If the game crashes at any point in the process let us know where.

Oh it is installed now.
It was said that, after first time internet connection is not needed in single game, but it doesn't run civ V before connetion to Steam. It ask if going to offline if can't reach to net but, then game don't start.
