Civ VI Funny/Strange Screenshots

Oh btw, the city that built Stonehenge flipped to me during a dark age. :lol:

What is this flipping game????

The Trader has a lover in La Venta and you can't imagine how high-quality the dyes of Rotterdam are.

That may be so but I really needed a fast connection towards the Polish front. She found my lack of faith disturbing...

Going along with this, would people prefer to draw their own trade routes? Or would that be equally obnoxious? (I am having horrible flashbacks to civ 4, where I would build builders, tell them to build roads automatically, and check back a milennium or four later to find a squiggly mess. Were they literally building roads from every tile to every single adjacent tile?)
Genuinely interested in people's opinions on this. I agree that pathing above is hilariously bad (though I agree that the game was prioritizing trading posts), but would creating one's own trade route be even worse?

This isn't a discussion thread but short: I'd like being able to set a few parameters. Like shortest or most profitable. And enabling/disabling land or sea.

This has been on the top of my wish list forever. It's fine that game suggests a route, but let me pick my own route if I want. Not necessarily tile-for-tile, but like connect the dots with which cities I want to go through. So I can pick different options as long as trader movement allows it:
Haarlem -> Amsterdam
Haarlem -> Rotterdam -> Amsterdam
Haarlem -> Amsterdam -> Rotterdam
Haarlem -> La Venta -> Rotterdam -> Amsterdam
Haarlem -> Amsterdam -> Rotterdam -> La Venta
Etc.
The trader movement would set limits to what is possible.

Who said it's dangerous to build a city on top of a volcano?

Actually I did stay at a hotel on the side of a volcano when I was in Sicily, so maybe not as dangerous as you would think. And the reason my city is actually on top of a volcano is because of mod weirdness. Ynamp apparently.

Well I mean, it's Inca, they build cities on top of moutains. And all moutains are supposed to smoke a little, right?

You've heard about Maginot Line... Now prepare for Kongolese Line...

Batman's mother is Martha

I'm never giving you Nazca, Sparta.

The cows are dangerous! The cows must not reach the mainland! I repeat! THE COWS MUST NOT REACH THE MAIN LAND!

I say you enclose them with a fence. On an isolated island. Enclose the island with a high wall, while you’re at it, for good measure. Do we have the dome technology yet? No? Shame, shame. Put it on the top of the top priority research list. Who knows how long do we have before they learn to jet-pack themselves out of there onto our heads. I see they’re developing four engine nozzles underneath as we speak.
