Close. It was a graphical error introduced with the High Sierra OS. It appears regardless of gfx power being sufficient. Black teddy in white clothes is cool though.

It also often appears on poor graphics card due to an issue with shadowing. (Source: have a crappy Windows laptop, had this issue, got around it by adjusting shadow settings).

LOL. My gfx card is up to snuff, but it is a Radeon card....At least its not all pixelated now, like it was in the first couple of months.

I had the same problem with my Radeon card. Turning shadows on (or off) solved it for me.

Don't think I've ever seen this before... Districts in 1 turn. (not that I'm gonna build them... gotta get those mines and stuff for the science victory)

(also, yes, settlers indeed take 6 times as long as districts. I was expansive this game)
