Well, I don't think it should show that symbol : P If you played vanilla Norway (without changing any Symbols) then yes. As vanilla Australia, it should show a kangaroo I think. Here is a screenshot I quickly searched for on the web, showing Rome with the Rome Civ symbol.
That's why God of Kings remarked on your Fleur de Lis on Spain's city too. That should not be there I guess.

I use that one too, but yours must be malfunction due to another mod I think. Australia should not have a Walknut : P Neither should Spain have a Fleur de Lis. They should have a Star with a line underscored and a shield with two staffs (?) respectively : ) The Walknut is the original Civ symbol for vanilla Norway. Better Civilization Icons changes Norway's Walknut to a left facing lion with an axe.

definitely that mod i disabled it and all icons went back to normal. oh well just have to live without it.

Please tell me you have resources on plenty and this is not how it always looks in your games. I mean every possible spot seems a good city location...
And did you use a mod that adds even more luxuries? Some icons look strange to me.

nope just have everything on standard i managed to snag the only 2 oil on my continent than sent an AP over to the other continent convert the CS and this is what i found and couldn't believe it.. oh yeah using the extra resources mod but that doesn't effect how oil appears etc it just adds extra resources.

Despite the game being played on a fully-revealed pangea map, Antananarivo is absolutely positive that another continent will be discovered somewhere, and when it is, they're going to be the first to explore it!

Or maybe they're just waiting to explore Mars once my space projects are completed.
